Helping peer support and community health programs succeed in value-based contracts and sustainable funding models.
We’re not an IT company. We’re not an app.
Three groups build community health — the peer specialists doing the work, the organizations employing them, and the agencies funding and credentialing it. Polaris sits between them, translating each to the others.
Who we work with
Five community-rooted organizations already trust us to build their learning systems, credential pathways, and outcome reporting.
How we help them
Approximately 37% of Americans lack sufficient access to mental health providers, and the U.S. is projected to face a shortfall of about 31,000 mental health practitioners by 2025. We’re on a mission to empower over 10,000 new and existing recovery workers with the skills to lead and provide assistance in their communities.
Our goal is a 30% increase in operational efficiency through seamless integration of technology solutions tailored to peer support services. Innovative technology streamlines operations, reduces costs, and enhances service delivery.
We create vibrant communities through innovative programs that connect, educate, and support. Education-driven interconnected communities amplify engagement and build recovery-oriented supports — including workshops, webinars, and peer activities.
